How to increase account limits?

Changing your account limits is quick and easy with myTU!

You can request a new limit directly through the app by following these steps:

1. Open the app and tap "The current remaining payment limit" or "Payment account limits" if you are on the settings page.
2. Select "Request new limits".
3. Tap "Select the desired limit", choose the required amount from the list, and confirm your selection.
4. In the "Specify the motivation" section, provide a clear reason for the increase (minimum 21 characters).
5. Tap "Submit".

That’s it! Your request will be processed shortly.
