How can I block/lock the card?

One way to block or lock your card is to open the myTU app and navigate to the card section by swiping left. Select the card you wish to lock, then tap the lock icon located in the top-right corner. Once locked, your card will be securely blocked, preventing unauthorized use.

The second way is to do it through our internet banking. Once logged in, navigate to the "Cards" section on the left side of the screen. Select the card you wish to lock, and a window will appear on the right. At the top of this window, you will see the option "Update a Card," accompanied by two icons: a lock and a trash bin. To lock the card, click on the lock icon.
