How can I get my card PIN code?

If the user has a plastic card ordered, the user can see the PIN code in myTU app. To retrieve your card PIN code, simply open the myTU app and navigate to the card section by swiping left. Select the desired card, and you will see a button labeled “Get Card PIN” with a key icon. Tap this button, and your PIN code will be displayed securely.
