To make sure that you can use myTU without a glitch, your personal information should be up to date.
Your home address can be changed within the App. Simply go to the Settings screen and press "Set Address". After you enter the information and confirm it, the new address will be saved to your record.
Phone number and email address can also be changed in the Settings screen. Once you enter the new information, confirmation codes will be sent to you either by a text or email to confirm the change.
