If your App does not work properly, please make sure that your phone meets the minimal requirements: Android 7 "Nougat", iOS 11.
Take note that if your Android phone does not have a Google Account set up, the app will not operate.
In addition, double check whether you have the newest version of myTU app. If not, please go to either Google Play or App Store to update the App. If, however, the issue remains, please get in touch with our Support Team by sending us an email to email@example.com or message us in the Help section of the App.
Note: if your device is rooted, the App will not function properly.
