If you're expecting a payment to your account, keep in mind that different ways of transaction influence the time frame in which the payment is processed.
A transfer from another myTU account should be shown immediately, thus, please make sure that the sender has confirmed the payment.
If the deposit was made through a bank transfer, please keep in mind that SEPA payments can take up to 2 working days to be processed. In addition, weekends and bank holidays also have an influence.
Please note that you should also inform us about the countries from which you are expecting payments in order to avoid any delays. You can do that by updating your questionnaire in the My Identity section.
