If you don't recognise a payment in your statement, it could be that the company is using a different trading name to the one you are used to. A quick Google search can help you confirm it.
In addition, sometimes the transactions are not immediately shown in the statement, thus, it could be one of the older payments made.
If, however, it is still unrecognizable, we highly suggest you log in to your myTU App and deactivate your card by pressing Lock Card. After that please get in touch with our customer support team so we could investigate the matter further and reset your security parameters.
