If the payment card has been blocked, it means that myTU is suspecting an unauthorized purchase with your card. Please log in to the App to review the most recent activity. If all the transactions were made by you, simply unblock the card in your account settings.
If, unfortunately, a few of the transactions are unfamiliar, you will have to order a new payment card. In addition, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us at support@travelunion.eu or via Live Chat in our App so we could follow up the incident.
