There are a few ways for you to ensure that your account is as safe as possible:
- Passcode or fingerprint scan: to log in to your account, you will always have to provide either a 4 digit passcode or use your fingerprint authentication. It can be changed in the App if you think someone has access to the code.
- Confirmation signature: the secure pattern or signature can also be set in the App. You will have to use it to confirm any significant transactions or changes.
- Smartphone pairing: at once your account on the App can only be accessed from a single device.
Please keep in mind that we will never initiate a request for your card information, password or card PIN via email or phone.
