Why is my ID not accepted?

When you are confirming your identity, please make sure that the document you provide is:

• valid;
• fully visible;
• not damaged;
• acceptable (national identity card or a passport + residence permit if non-EU citizen).

Whilst making a photograph of your document, make sure that flash glare or any other light is not reflected on the document, it is clearly visible and the image is not blurred. The photograph's quality must be as high as possible.
