Topping up options

There are a few different ways you can top up your myTU account.

SEPA Transfer

You can make a SEPA transfer to your myTU account. To view your International Bank Account Number, go to the Add Money page and select "SEPA Transfer to account".

Payment from QR code

You can generate a QR code by specifying the amount, and another person will be able to scan it and send money using their banking app.

Top up from Card

You can add your credit or debit card information. Just like with a simple payment, you will be able to add a selected amount whenever necessary.

The minimal limit for a single top up is 5 EUR. The maximum limit is 200 EUR. There is a monthly limit of 1000 EUR.

Request

You can send a request to your fellow myTU users using the Add Money option on the main page of the app. You will need to enter the amount and leave a note before submitting the request.
