To start using contactless payments with your physical myTU card, your first transaction must be completed by inserting the card into a payment terminal (POS) and entering your PIN. Once this initial transaction is successful and contactless is enabled in the app, you’ll be able to pay contactlessly as usual. If your chip or contactless payment still isn’t working, try using a different terminal, check that your card isn’t damaged, ensure you have sufficient balance, and confirm that you’re entering the correct PIN.
