How to ensure your internet payments are successful?

Making online payments with myTU is quick and easy, but it’s important to follow these steps to ensure your transaction goes through smoothly.

1. Enable Internet Payments: First, make sure internet payments are activated for your card. Just open the myTU app, swipe left, and you'll find your card settings there.
2. Check Transaction Limits: Verify that your card’s limits are high enough for your purchase. If they aren’t, just tap on 'Transaction Limit' and increase them as needed. 
3. Before you make a payment: Make sure you have enough funds to cover the purchase and double-check that all your card details are entered correctly.
4. Authorizing the Transaction: To complete the payment, enter your myTU app signature code - the same one you use for login.

By following these steps, you’ll reduce the chance of issues and ensure your online payments go through smoothly.
