How do I sign up for a myTU account?
To create an account, please download the myTU application from Google Play or the App Store, open it, and begin the verification process. You will need to take a photo of yourself and your ID document, and enter all necessary personal information. Once your account is verified, you will be able to start using myTU! If you are a non-EEA national, you will also need to present a residence permit.
What services does myTU offer?

How to top up my balance?
You can top up your balance by clicking Add Money and selecting one of the following options: making a SEPA transfer, using a QR code, topping up from another banking card, or requesting money from fellow myTU users in your contacts. Absolutely! Each time you use your myTU card, you earn #TIME loyalty points that can be redeemed for special offers in our Outlet. Every payment with myTU card earns 5 seconds of #TIME, and you'll receive an additional 1 hour of #TIME upon registration. How do I activate my physical myTU card?
Visit the card page in the app and activate the payment methods you need, such as ATM withdrawals, contactless payments, internet purchases, and more. For your first in-store purchase with the physical card, insert it into the POS terminal and enter your PIN, which you can find by tapping Get Card PIN on the card page in the app.
Does myTU support mobile payments such as Google Pay and Apple Pay?
Yes, with myTU, you can use Google Pay and Apple Pay on your mobile device. After creating your card, simply tap Add to Google Pay or Add to Apple Wallet to add it to your mobile wallet.
How do I make a transfer from myTU application?
To make a payment, please open the myTU application, select Send Money, and choose one of the available options: send directly to your fellow myTU users from your contacts list, or manually enter the bank account number and beneficiary name. When sending, you can also conveniently scan the bank account number (IBAN) by clicking the camera icon, and it will be entered automatically.
What are the fees associated with myTU accounts?
Opening and using a myTU account is completely free for citizens of the EEA (European Economic Area) and the United Kingdom. A monthly service fee of €1 applies to the payment card. You can find a detailed list of our other services and fees here.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If your card is lost or stolen, please deactivate it immediately using the myTU app. Simply go to the card page, tap Lock Card, and then select either the Replace Card or Delete Card option. Once you confirm, the card will be replaced or permanently closed.
