How to activate myTU card?

To activate your myTU card, open the myTU application and swipe left. Please ensure that your card has been created or ordered before attempting to activate it.

To activate your card: 

1. Activate the features you plan to use, such as ATM withdrawals, contactless payments, internet payments, and more.
2. When using your physical card for the first time at a POS terminal, you must insert it into the reader and enter your PIN code. Just tap Get Card PIN on the card page in the app to find it.

To view your card details, click the Card Details button. 

For security reasons, you can lock and unlock your card at any time.
