How to order a payment card?

Although you can use myTU for daily transactions, having a payment card enhances your experience by allowing you to make purchases at other locations. You can order your first payment card free of charge directly through the app. Please note that a monthly service charge applies for adults.

How to Order Your Payment Card

1. Open the myTU App:

   • Swipe left once to access the card order page.

2. Order Your Card:

   • Tap "Order New Card".
   • Select your preferred card style.
   • Enter your delivery address carefully and ensure all details are correct.
   • Review your order details.
   • Confirm your order using the security verification.

   Note: Delivery is handled by your local postal service and may take up to 30 days.

3. PIN Code:

   • Your PIN code will be available in the app once you unlock your card.

Important Information

• First Card: Your first payment card is free of charge. However, if you lose or damage your card, a fee will apply for ordering a replacement. For details on replacement fees, please refer to our pricing page.
