How to order a payment card?

Although you can use myTU for daily transactions, having a payment card enhances your experience by allowing you to make purchases at other locations. You can order your myTU card directly through the app. Please note that a monthly service charge applies for adults.

How to Order Your Payment Card

1. Open the myTU App:

• Swipe left once to access the card page.

2. Create Your Card:

• Tap the Create new card button.
• Select your preferred card style and click Continue.
• Once your card has been created, you can add it to Google Pay.

3. Order a Physical Card.

• Tap the Send card button and verify your delivery address.
• Confirm the order by entering your application code.
• Card delivery will be handled by your local postal service and may take up to 20 days to arrive.
