How to find your card PIN code?

You can always check your card PIN code on the card page of the myTU app.

Simply tap Get Card PIN.

Note: If the card PIN code is entered incorrectly three times, the card will be permanently blocked and cannot be restored. In this case, please terminate the card and order a new one.
