If you have lost your card or it was stolen, you should terminate the card immediately. You will be able to do so yourself using the myTU app.
Go to the card page, tap "Lock Card" and then "Terminate card". Once you press it, the card will permanently closed.
If you wish to order a replacement card, the option will be available on the same page after card termination.
