If you don't recognise a payment in your statement, it could be that the company is using a different trading name to the one you are used to. A quick Google search can help you confirm it.
If an unauthorized card payment was charged from your account, what should you do:
Freeze/Block the card in the myTU app immediately (to prevent more transactions).
Contact myTU Support immediately via chat or write to our email support@mytu.co.
If required, file a police report (especially if your phone/wallet/card was stolen).
Follow myTU Support instructions (we may need details like the transaction, date/time, and confirmation that you did not authorize it).
How to block your Card:
Go to your myTU app and swipe right to your card section.
Click on Lock card
