Setting up automatic payments in the myTU app is simple and convenient. First, open the myTU app on your mobile device. Then, swipe right to access the Settings menu and tap on 'Accounts'. At the bottom, you’ll find the 'Automatic Payment' section and the 'New Periodic Transfer' button.
From there, you can proceed with setting up your new periodic payment:

- Name the Payment: Enter a name for your automatic payment.
- Choose a Recipient: Select a contact from your myTU list or enter the recipient's bank account number and name.
- Enter the Amount: Specify the amount you want to send.
- Set the Recurrence: Choose how often you want the payment to recur (e.g., weekly, monthly).
- Confirm the Payment: Review the details and confirm to activate the periodic payment.
Once confirmed, the myTU app will automatically send payments according to your specified schedule. This feature helps you stay on top of your bills and other regular expenses without the hassle of manual transfers.
