How to transfer funds from myTU?

Transferring money with the myTU app is quick and easy!

Here's how you can do it:

1. Open the myTU App: Launch the myTU application on your mobile device.

2. Select "Send Money": From the main menu, tap on the "Send Money" button.

3. Choose a Transfer Method:

   • Manual Entry: Tap "Unlisted Beneficiary" and enter the recipient’s bank account number (IBAN) and name manually. You can save each beneficiary to your contacts by clicking the star icon.
   • Scan IBAN (Optional): If you have the recipient’s IBAN handy, use the camera icon to scan the account number. The app will automatically fill in the details for you.
   • To myTU Contacts: Send money to other myTU users by selecting them from your contact list.

4. Enter Amount: In the next step, enter the amount and add a note for your transfer.

5. Sign the Payment: Double-check the payment details and finalize the transfer by entering your myTU app code.
