How to change my address, phone number, or email?

To make sure that you can use myTU without a glitch, your personal information should be up to date. 

Your home address, phone number and email address can be changed within the myTU App. Simply go to the Settings screen, tap your Avatar and adjust the information needed accordingly. After you enter the information and confirm it, it will be saved to your record.
