How can I download statements?

Withdrawing a statement from the myTU app is simple! 

Here’s how can you do it:

1. Open the myTU app: Launch the myTU application on your mobile device.

2. Tap on "Accounts". Tap the "Gear icon on the right top corner"

3. Scroll to the bottom and select "Download account statements".

4. Choose the month you need and tap "Continue" to generate the statement.

5. Finally, tap the "download button" at the bottom right to save your statement in your preferred format.

Need multiple statements? Just repeat these steps for each month.
