If you choose to close your myTU account, find "Legal Matters" on the myTU app settings page, choose "Close payment account," and follow the instructions.
After reading through the final terms, please press continue and confirm with your security code. Your account will first be locked, and our team will finalize the process.
Note: If a payment card was ordered, the order cannot be canceled. However, the payment card will be terminated after you close your account.
